Since the BCS era*, I've always wanted college football rankings that were built purely by tracking in-game data. No poll data. No votes. No compromised CFP committee changing their terms every week with a "Because I said so". On this site, every stat, ranking, and prediction comes from the current season's box score data, powered by CFBD.
Preseason ranks? Hard no. Every team starts the season on equal ground. Results from past years baked in? Never. That team then is not this team now!
This site removes the opinions and the guesswork. Teams are ranked exactly where game results indicate they should be. I've honed this approach over the last 10 years to be like a strike-zone camera, using no manually tuned ratios or arbitrarily decided weights. Instead of balls and strikes, these rankings are a simple snapshot of each team's real performance.
